We're a team of hobbyists bringing well-made RC cars, builds and toys to players across India - and backing every one with real, human support.
How do you make sure the quality is good?
Every toy goes through a 20-point inspection before it ships, covering the motor, battery, steering, body and finish. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't leave.
How can I get support or spare parts?
Message us with your order number and we'll help. We stock genuine spares and can walk you through most fixes over chat or email.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched quickly, with typical delivery in a few working days depending on where you are. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on the way.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet - just reach out as soon as you can and we'll sort it out for you.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If something arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement or return.
Do you offer repairs?
We do - lifetime repair support. If a part wears out we'll only charge you for the part itself and shipping charges wil apply, so your toy can stay in the game for years.
